Blood work is still work

I'm happy to say after a year and a half, I've dropped my Triglycerides from a borderline high 180 down to a very healthy 109.

A vegetarian diet and increased physical activity are the factors that have enable me to intentionally lower this.

We all want to increase our PR's, but don't forget those aren't the only numbers that count!

Blood pressure - 118/70
Heart Rate - 68
Cholesterol - 156
HDL - 51
LDL - 83
Triglycerides - 109

Don't know your numbers?  Get tested.  It's great to know what's going on in your body and important to know what you should be working on.  Prevention is your best force for sustainability.
